I called the company and told them that neither one of the batteries would work. I purchased two of these batteries and when I received them neither one of them would charge up. They sent me two more and they both worked fine.
These batteries (I ordered two) were new and exactly as advertised. So far I have only used one, but it charged up completely and is performing very nicely.
But don't rely on it. Make one phone call, it indicates it's out of juice, then slowly says it's fully charged. There's no zero star rating, else that's where I'd put it. I've been charging this battery for a month now. Looks like new, but it never has held a charge for more than one day. It's junk.
I charged it initially for 24 hours with the phone powered off. Shipping from SF Planet was very fast. Photo above is unclear, but the battery label states: BTR7025950mAh 3.7V Li Ion BatteryManufactured by UTStarcomCell from China / Manufactured in ChinaThis replacement battery for my cell phone is identical in appearance to the original, but holds a charge longer than the original one ever did. That was inconvenient but worth the effort.
I am completely satisfied. I installed and charged it overnight. Battery appears to be an original manufacturer battery. It compares side by side to the one removed from my cellphone. It works exactly as desired.
